Sabra Metals is the leading supplier and manufacturer of Stainless Steel 316H Bars and Rods, offering premium-quality products designed for high-strength and high-temperature applications. Our Stainless Steel 316H Bars and Rods are specifically engineered to provide excellent resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and heat, making them ideal for use in industries such as chemical processing, power generation, and petrochemicals. We offer a wide range of sizes and specifications to meet your project requirements. At Sabra Metals, we are committed to providing reliable, durable, and high-performance stainless steel solutions that deliver exceptional value and quality for your industrial needs.
Stainless Steel 316H Bars and Rods are prepared from 16 to 18% chromium, 10 to 14% nickel, and 2 to 3% molybdenum, thus giving them excellent corrosion, pitting, and heat resistance. In addition, this alloy has increased carbon content as compared to normal 316 stainless steel (0.04 to 0.10%) to give tempering strength at elevated temperatures of up to 870°C (1598°F). Mechanical properties of Stainless Steel 316H include 515 MPa in tensile strength, 205 MPa of yield strength, and 40% in elongation. Thus, it can be said that the alloy is good for high temperatures, pressure, and corrosive conditions.

Stainless Steel 316H has a higher carbon content than regular 316, which provides improved strength and makes it ideal for high-temperature applications. It can withstand higher stress and heat, making it suitable for demanding industries like petrochemical and power generation.
Yes, Stainless Steel 316H is highly resistant to corrosion, especially in chloride-rich and high-temperature environments. The addition of molybdenum enhances its resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, making it suitable for marine and chemical industries.
Yes, Stainless Steel 316H is highly weldable, and it retains excellent strength and corrosion resistance even after welding. However, it is recommended to use low-carbon electrodes for welding to maintain its corrosion resistance and structural integrity.
Stainless Steel 316H Bars and Rods are particularly made for high-temperature and highly corrosive atmospheres. We supply these bars and rods to industries that include chemical processing, petrochemical, power generation, and marine applications. Their elevated carbon content gives Stainless Steel 316H superior strength combined with excellent resistance to oxidation, making it fit for applications in high-pressure systems, heat exchangers, furnace parts, and boiler tubes. Its ability to withstand highly abrasive environments, extreme temperatures, and highly corrosive substances guarantees it longevity and reliability. We will supply you with quality Stainless Steel 316H items as per project-specific requirements.

We provide products that come with both mill test certificates and third-party test certificates, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
