Sabra Metals in Amman, Jordan is a leading manufacturer of high quality titanium products, including titanium grade 5 forgings Because of our strong reputation in the industry we offer titanium a perfectly designed for. We offer parts that offer outstanding strength, light weight, Titanium grades that also offer corrosion resistance are widely used in demanding fields such as aerospace, automotive and medical, where performance and reliability is of great importance. At Sabra Metals, we pride ourselves on delivering bespoke solutions and superior products, ensuring our customers receive high-quality titanium interfaces that meet the highest industry standards and exceed expectations.
Titanium Grade 5 Forging is an alloy made of 90% titanium, 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium, with trace amounts of iron, oxygen and carbon. Known for its excellent combination of strength, lightness and corrosion, it exhibits a tensile strength of 930 MPa (135 ksi) and a yield strength of 830 MPa (120 ksi) with 10-15% elongation and elastic modulus of 113 adi GPa. Titanium Grade 5 is widely used in aerospace, medical and automotive applications, due to its excellent mechanical properties and resistance to high pressures and extreme temperatures.

Durability of Titanium Grade 5 forgings is ensured by proper heat treatment, controlled forging process, precise die design, alloy composition, and maintaining optimal surface finish, enhancing strength, corrosion resistance, and fatigue resistance.
Titanium Gr 5 forgings are commonly used in aerospace, automotive, medical, marine, and defense industries, providing high strength, corrosion resistance, and lightweight properties for critical components and high-performance applications.
Closed-die forging in Titanium Gr 5 production involves shaping titanium by compressing it between two shaped dies, ensuring precise dimensions, high strength, and improved material properties for demanding applications.
Titanium Grade 5 Forging is widely used in industries that require strength-to-weight ratios and corrosion resistance. Typical application fields include aerospace, particularly for components like turbine blades, parts within an engine, and a weight-saving component for airframes, whereas medical implants are also made from it, including joint replacements and dental appliances, because of biocompatibility. Other applications include automotive performance parts, high-performance sporting equipment, and chemical processing equipment, where resistance to extreme temperatures and corrosion is critical. Its strength, low density, and fatigue resistance make it perfect for these demanding environments.

We provide products that come with both mill test certificates and third-party test certificates, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
